Refund Policy

Refunds of Fees.

 

1.  An order was placed and cancelled within 24 hours.

  • Full Refund minus any processing fees paid to financial institutions (ie credit card fees ect).

2.  An order was placed, scheduled, and cancelled within 24 hours of inspection.

  • $75 fee will be assessed.  This will compensate the appraiser professional and AMC staff for the time and resources invested in research and opportunities lost by lost scheduling opportunities.

3.  An order was placed, scheduled, and property inspected.  No report completion.

  • $175 minimum fee will be assessed.  This will compensate the appraiser professional and AMC staff for the time and resources invested in research and opportunities lost by lost scheduling opportunities.  Additionally for time in additional field work and final report preparation.

4.  An order was placed, scheduled, inspected, and report completed.

  • Full agreed upon fee is due.  Appraisal Partner and AMC Staff have fulfilled their assignment obligation and fee is due.
