Our CRM and Customer Portal systems are designed and maintained by us.  This allows our IT Department to make quick customizations for Clients and Appraisal Partners.  We have 24/7 system monitoring and weekend software maintenance to keep it all running smoothly.  All we do is HTTPS covered under an SSL Certificate to keep it all secure.

No Upload Fees.  The greatest part of all this SunPointVMS does while our Appraiser Partners have experience increased their costs from competing AMCs with per file upload fees and delivery pre scan fees, SunPointVMS does not charge a thing.  These fees can range from $3 to $35 per file. Fees definitely add up over time and take away from the appraiser's bottomline.
